智通财经APP讯，HPC HOLDINGS(01742)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年10月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占溢利将较截至2023年10月31日止年度的经审核业绩取得显著减少约1159万新加坡元，由溢利约310万新加坡元变为亏损约848万新加坡元。总体而言，预期集团本年度净亏损与截至2023年10月31日止年度经审核全年业绩相比，将为约3.7倍亏损。
溢利预期显著减少乃主要由于(其中包括)以下原因：1.集团一直跟进两个高潜力项目，原本预期将于上半年获授，但最终流失，同时，现有在建项目跨越两年以上。这两项因素导致本年度的建筑活动大幅减少;2.一个项目的完工期延长，导致成本超支;3.集团将其工作场所升级为新的公司大楼，导致行政管理费用因为匹配新的公司管理标准及市场品牌而增加。尽管上述，董事会认为由于保持充足订单量、储备及流动资金，集团的财务状况仍然稳健。
