智通财经APP讯，沿海家园(01124)公布，于2024年12月23日，大连金日君健乐园(该公司的间接全资附属公司)与地方当局就土地收回订立土地收回协议(经日期为2025年1月10日的补充协议补充及修订)。根据土地收回协议，大连金日君健乐园须向地方当局交出被收回土地，代价为现金补偿人民币1.09亿元。公司已向联交所申请于2025年1月14日上午九时正起在联交所恢复股份买卖。
被收回土地包括一幅位于中国辽宁省大连市金州区友谊街道龙王庙村的土地(宗地编号：210102)，总地盘面积约为246,091平方米。被收回土地原定用作发展位于大连金州区的医疗卫生用途项目，规划建筑面积约为123,046平方米，为该集团物业发展营运的一部分，并预期自2025年第四季度起为集团确认收入。然而，于本公布日期，该集团将土地用途更改为商业用地的申请尚未获得批准及被收回土地仍未开发，为大连金日君健乐园所持有的闲置土地。根据大连市地方政府的土地规划规定，大连金日君健乐园同意根据土地收回协议向地方当局交出被收回土地。
