CRE (TYO:3458) has completed the acquisition of the Cella Sidoarjo DC Logistik Warehouse in Indonesia, finalized in December 2024, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The 31,390-square-meter facility, located near Surabaya, includes cold storage and office space, with a net leasable area of 21,651 square meters. Fully leased to a local hypermarket, it is operated by CRE's subsidiary, Cella Management.
