The US Food and Drug Administration approved Youcare Pharmaceutical (SHA:688658) unit Hangzhou Tianlong Pharmaceutical's clinical trial for its YKYY025 vaccine for lower respiratory tract diseases caused by the respiratory syncytial virus.
The vaccine showed high levels of neutralizing antibodies in blood samples while immunity is long-lasting, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
