格隆汇1月16日｜摩根大通CEO戴蒙在业绩电话会议中表示，基本情景下目前距离他卸任仍有数年时间。该行早前调升Jennifer Piepszak取代平托(Daniel Pinto)为营运总监，但指Piepszak无意继任行政总裁一职。Piepszak早前被视为热门继任人选之一。摩通去年利润创新高，戴蒙在昨日(15日)的业绩电话会议上称，人事变动未改变时间表。戴蒙称继任安排正在进行中，但不单涉及他本身，亦涉及公司其他高层，是否由他担任董事会主席由董事事会决定。他称目前数名潜在继任人选，外界知悉当中大部分，但有1至2人仍未被熟知。戴蒙又表示，将于今年3月年满69岁，考虑有关问题属合理。
