健世科技换帅，潘斐接任首席执行官
财中社1月15日电健世科技-B（09877）发布公告，宣布吕世文将辞任首席执行官，并提名潘斐担任该职务。此项决定旨在进一步推动公司的国际化战略，全面深化及加速全球商业化进程。潘斐于2021年加入公司，现任副总裁兼首席财务官，具备超过15年的企业管理及投资银行经验，尤其专注于医疗健康行业。
潘斐的年薪为170万元，此外还将获得由公司薪酬委员会及董事会决定的酌情花红。公告中指出，潘斐持有公司3345万股H股和1636万股内资股的权益。吕世文在辞任首席执行官后仍将担任执行董事兼董事会主席，确保公司遵守相关上市规则。
