消息面上，网誉科技公布，1月10日盘后，公司及买方齐军国订立出售协议，以7178.9万元人民币出售其主要从事物业租赁业务的子公司。公告称，租赁业务的租金回报不佳，一直低于预期，与公司的长期盈利目标不符；及公司的战略性决策乃通过变现物业价值并将资源集中于新兴媒体广告业务分部以精简其业务经营，预期将提供更高的增长潜力，并更符合公司未来的业务方向。
