消息面上，近日，三生制药旗下沈阳三生制药有限责任公司（下称：三生制药）与映恩生物科技（上海）有限公司（下称：映恩生物）共同宣布，双方就HER2 ADC药物DB-1303近日已签订合作协议。根据协议，三生制药将获得映恩生物HER2 ADC药物DB-1303多个适应症在中国内地、香港和澳门的商业化合作权利。映恩生物将获得首付款以及相应的研发及销售里程碑付款。同时，映恩生物将继续负责相关适应症在合作区域的临床开发和注册等工作。
