Gigabyte Technology's (TPE:2376) unit Giga Investment will acquire 100% of Senyun Precision Optical's shares through a share transfer.
The transaction, valued at NT$0.63 per share, will be completed by March 21, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The acquisition will boost the company's operational management efficiency, it said.
