凤凰网科技讯 1月15日,凤凰网科技在社交媒体检索发现,多地消费者反映遭到瑞幸咖啡“背刺”,不仅9块9可选的咖啡品种越来越少,单品价格也出现普涨,咖啡十次卡的金额已经从99元涨价到110元,口感却出现下滑。
此前,瑞幸咖啡被消费者常见反映的有冰块多、不满杯、杀熟涨价等,甚至出现产品喝出蟑螂的风波。北京一家瑞幸咖啡门店告诉凤凰网科技,9.9元咖啡的种类确实在减少,由总部统一调整,而咖啡单品的价格依据各门店实际情况进行差别定价,部分门店瑞幸咖啡产品普遍涨价3元左右。
中国的人均咖啡年消费量已经从2016年的9杯升至2023年的16.74杯,当前市面上的咖啡品牌众多,性价比仍是大部分消费者选择喝咖啡时的首要因素。瑞幸咖啡涨价后,消费者或转投价格更便宜的库迪咖啡、幸运咖、速溶咖啡或居家冲泡等。
据了解,瑞幸咖啡的营收主要来自产品销售和合作商店收入两大板块。财报披露,2024年第三季度,瑞幸咖啡增强了全球优质咖啡豆的采购力度,公司已与巴西产区签署了为期两年的合作意向书,计划采购12万吨巴西咖啡豆。
截止2024年前三季度末,瑞幸咖啡累计交易用户超3亿,自二季度瑞幸咖啡门店突破两万家后,全球范围内扩张的步伐仍未停止。
