消息面上，中国中药公布，预期该集团于2024年溢利净额同比下降90%-100%；本期经调整溢利净额同比下降50%- 60%。纯利下滑主要由于集采降价、市场竞争加剧及药材成本偏高等多重因素影响中药配方颗粒业务销售规模及盈利水平；本期信用减值、商誉减值及厂房减值增加；及公司的部分附属公司补缴税款。
值得注意的是，2024年10月18日，中国中药发布公告，因先决条件未得到满足，该公司控股股东国药集团以每股4.6港元的价格将中国中药私有化的计划正式告吹。据悉，24年2月，中国中药发布公告称，国药集团拟以每股4.6港元的价格将中国中药私有化。
