　　龙蟠科技（02465）发布公告，根据《企业会计准则》、《会计监管风险提示》及适用会计政策的相关规定，为客观公允反映公司于2024年12月31日的财务状况，公司根据集团未经审计管理账目对合并范围内存在减值迹象的集团若干资产进行减值测试以估计可回收金额，并根据减值测试结果就可回收金额低于其各自账面值的资产确认相应减值亏损拨备，预计公司拥有人应占净利润将减少估计介于人民币1.40亿元至人民币1.65亿元，确切金额尚待确定。
