中国白银集团西藏矿区勘探更新
财中社1月20日电中国白银集团（00815）发布公告，关于西藏龙天勇西藏矿区勘探的更新及恢复买卖。公告中提到，已于2024年8月21日完成收购江西乐通新材料有限公司51%股权，其成为公司及金猫银猫各自的非全资附属公司。江西乐通持有西藏龙天勇矿业有限公司（西藏龙天勇）的100%股权，西藏龙天勇于2024年下半年聘请独立第三方专家在山南勘查区进行了矿产资源普查，普查工作于2024年12月完成，并提交了相关报告给西藏自治区土地矿权交易和资源储量评审中心进行评审。
根据评审意见书及普查报告，山南勘查区发现了若干金矿化带，推断金矿体的矿石量约为210万吨，推断金属量约为5800公斤，平均金品位约为2.77克/吨。评审报告显示，山南勘查区具有中低温热液型矿床的特征，未来勘探工作将进一步确认该地区的矿产资源潜力。此外，公告提到山南勘查区不属于敏感环保区，建议西藏龙天勇开展进一步的勘探工作。
中国白银及金猫银猫的股份自2025年1月17日下午3时21分起于香港联合交易所短暂停止买卖，自2025年1月20日上午9时起恢复买卖。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者谨慎对待公告内容，以免不恰当地依赖信息进行证券交易。
