　　悦达国际控股（00629）发布公告，于2025年1月17日，公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与响水城启订立反向保理协议。根据反向保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向响水城启提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务并授予反向循环信贷限额人民币4000万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为8%至9%，自2025年1月17日起生效及于2026年1月23日到期。
