智通财经APP讯，博富临置业(00225)发布公告，于2025年1月17日，公司直接全资附属公司Metroinvest(作为认购方)签订认购表格，据此，Metroinvest同意认购该基金的参与股份，总认购金额为500万美元。
据悉，该基金为一间于开曼群岛注册成立的获豁免有限公司，并作为开放式投资基金营运。该基金是为了非美国投资者、美国免税投资者和其他合格投资者的利益而设立。该基金董事会或投资经理日后可成立独立于该基金投资或与该基金并行的联接基金或平行投资工具。在其管理下，该基金现时并未有维持固定数量的资产。
