智通财经APP讯，中港石油(00632)公布，于2025年1月17日，公司与新华订立了贷款和解协议，据此，订约方有条件同意透过按每股资本化股份0.415港元的发行价向新华配发及发行12,048,192股资本化股份，将新华发放的贷款项下的部分及合计本金额500万港元部分清偿。于贷款和解协议日期，新华发放的贷款项下未偿还本金额合计为1101万港元。于完成后，新华发放的贷款项下的部分及合计本金额500万港元将被视为已偿还。于完成后，新华发放的贷款项下的余下及合计本金额601万港元仍然将为集团的负债，预期将使用集团内部财务资源偿还。
