智通财经APP讯，京基金融国际(01468)发布公告，于2025年1月17日，公司与Cheung Mau Hung(潜在买方)订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。谅解备忘录概述可能向潜在买方出售公司全资附属公司Trade Region Limited的全部已发行股份。
目标公司及其附属公司主要于丹麦从事集团的毛皮经纪业务及水貂养殖业务。目标公司的附属公司包括UKF (Denmark) A/S、英国毛皮有限公司及Loyal Speed Limited，均为集团的间接全资附属公司。
经考虑丹麦的政策变化，集团拟逐步脱离毛皮业务。董事一直优先发展金融相关业务，包括扩大现有业务组合及从事具增长潜力的新业务营运。鉴于环境、社会及管治措施的全球趋势，集团正积极寻求金融、可持续发展及科技行业之间的业务及合作机会。潜在出售事项(倘落实)将使集团将更多资源用于提供金融服务，并更注重与可持续发展及科技的合作，从而把握由此产生的商机。
