Jan 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday:

** Societe Generale SOGN.PA, France's third-biggest listed lender, has agreed to sell its subsidiary in Mauritania to a consortium led by asset manager Enko Capital, according to a statement sent to Reuters.

** Australia's Insignia Financial IFL.AX said it has received a revised offer from U.S.-based CC Capital Partners to acquire the money manager for A$3.07 billion ($1.91 billion).
