智通财经APP讯，洪桥集团(08137)公布，于2025年1月20日，该公司全资附属公司凯荣、吉利汽车及苏州艾普乐思订立股权转让协议，凯荣及吉利汽车分别同意向苏州艾普乐思出售山东衡远新能源科技有限公司的约24.5%及约17.0%股权，代价分别为人民币929万元及551万元，将以现金结算。
同日，凯荣、该公司、苏州艾普乐思、目标公司及吉利汽车订立债务转让协议，据此，凯荣及该公司各自将于出售事项完成后以零代价分别将债务A及债务B转让予苏州艾普乐思。
据悉，目标公司主要于中国从事锂离子电池的研究、生产及销售。于本公告日期，目标公司由江苏天开能源技术有限公司、吉利汽车及凯荣分别拥有50%、约25.5%及约24.5%权益。
