近日，大唐集团、中国电建在西藏成立清洁能源开发公司——西藏藏东南清洁能源开发有限公司，公司法定代表人为沈鹏，注册资本100亿元。

经营范围含发电业务、输电业务、供（配）电业务，新兴能源技术研发，太阳能发电技术服务，风力发电技术服务，机械电气设备销售，工程和技术研究和试验发展等。

股东信息显示，该公司由西藏开发投资集团有限公司、大唐集团旗下大唐西藏能源开发有限公司、中国电建（601669）旗下中电建水电开发集团有限公司共同持股。
