智通财经APP讯，中化化肥(00297)发布公告，公司近日收到公司联营公司阳煤平原化工有限公司(阳煤平原)转发的《山东省平原县人民法院民事裁定书》、《山东省平原县人民法院决定书》及《山东省平原县人民法院通知书》，裁定受理其债权人平原县财金发展集团有限公司对阳煤平原的破产清算申请，指定山东德衡(济南)律师事务所及山东九公律师事务所共同担任阳煤平原的管理人以及通知第一次债权人会议时间。
阳煤平原主要从事尿素、甲醇、碳酸氢铵、三聚氰胺等的生产和销售，为公司间接全资附属公司中化化肥有限公司(中化化肥)的联营公司。于本公告日期，阳煤平原由阳煤化工股份有限公司拥有51%;中化化肥拥有36.75%;及平原县聚源国有资产经营有限公司拥有12.25%。
