财中社1月20日电百宏实业（02299）发布公告，公司董事会已批准一项新的投资计划，旨在建立锦纶的生产线。该投资计划预计在2025年至2027年期间投资约23.96亿元，主要用于设立子公司、购买土地以及建设新厂房。新厂房的总建筑面积约为23万平方米，预计总投资金额为3.74亿元，购买生产线及其他配套设备的金额约为13.62亿元，同时预留6.6亿元作为流动资金。
此项投资的原因在于人造合成纤维是全球发展的趋势，公司希望通过拓展锦纶业务来捕捉市场成长机会。新制造设施将增加公司现有生产项目的种类和产能，增强其作为中国大型制造商之一的市场地位。董事会认为，此项投资符合公司及股东的整体利益，并将由公司的运营产生的资金及内部资源提供资金支持。
