智通财经APP讯，百宏实业(02299)发布公告，该公司已批准新投资计划作建立锦纶的生产线。此投资计划包括褔建百宏设立子公司并预计于2025年至2027年3年间投资约23.96亿人民币。公司预计新生产设施建成后估计总产能将约为每年12万吨并从2026年开始逐步投入商业生产。建议投资将包括购买土地及建设总建筑面积约23.05万平方米的新厂房，合共金额约为3.74亿人民币，购买生产线以及其他配套装备，合共金额约为13.62亿人民币，以及预留约为6.6亿人民币流动资金作营运之用。
截至本公布日期，该集团并未就建议投资订立任何具法律约束力协议。公司将于适当时候就建议投资作出进一步公布及将就此遵守上市规则的适用条文。
鉴于人造合成纤维是全球发展趋势，透过拓展锦纶业务，公司可捕捉该市场成长机会。建议投资项下的新制造设施将增加集团现时生产项目的种类及产能，并加强集团作为中国大型制造商之一的市场地位。
