东方电气股份有限公司（以下简称公司）董事会收到公司总会计师胡贤甫先生提交的书面辞职报告。胡贤甫先生因工作调动原因,向公司董事会申请辞去总会计师职务。辞职后胡贤甫先生将不再担任公司任何职务。胡贤甫先生在任职期间与公司董事会、监事会均无意见分歧，亦无任何有关其辞职事宜需提请公司股东关注。

公司董事会对胡贤甫先生在任职期间做出的贡献表示衷心感谢！
