消息面上，国家医保局相关负责人表示，2025年内将发布第一版医保丙类目录。招银国际指出，为丙类目录或将优先考虑国谈中通过了形式审查及专家评审，却最终未被纳入基本医保目录的药品，例如CAR-T、ADC等，国内创新药有望打开支付空间。据悉，包括科济药业的泽沃基奥仑赛注射液在内的四款百万元CAR-T细胞疗法并未出现在2024年国家医保目录之列。
此外，科济药业近期宣布，公司自主研发的一款靶向CD19/CD20的通用型CAR-T细胞治疗候选产品KJ-C2219已完成研究者发起的临床试验（IIT）的首例受试者给药。据悉，KJ-C2219基于THANK-uPlus平台开发，计划用于治疗血液恶性肿瘤和自身免疫性疾病，目前正在中国开展一项针对复发/难治性B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤（R/RB-NHL）的研究者发起的临床试验。
