Tianjin Construction Development Group (HKG:2515) was summoned as the defendant by the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region via a writ dated Tuesday, Jan. 14 for a claim of outstanding payment filed against the company, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The claim was filed by the solicitors acting for CRE8 (GREATER CHINA) as the plaintiff, for an outstanding payment of HK$3.6 million for certain printing services provided by the plaintiff to the company, along with interest, damages, costs, and other damages.
The company said the claimed amount is under dispute and it will file a defense against the claim.
