国华董事局调整：王颖千辞任主席 调任为副主席
财中社1月17日电国华(00370)公布，自2025年1月17日起，王颖千女士已调任为董事局副主席，并辞任提名委员会主席一职，但仍担任执行董事及提名委员会成员。此变动是由于董事局组成的战略性调整。王女士确认与董事局没有意见分歧，也没有其他事项需提请公司股东注意。
同时，Li Mengzhe先生已获委任为非执行董事、董事局主席及提名委员会主席，任期自2025年1月17日起为三年。Li先生于2019年毕业于不列颠哥伦比亚大学，持有文科学士学位，并于2021年获得哈佛大学文科硕士学位。他曾在多家金融机构工作，并于2020年成立自己的私募股权投资主体，专注于高科技领域的投资。根据公告，Li先生实益拥有6.25亿股本公司股份权益，约占公司已发行股本的29.88%。
