近日，中南钢铁中南股份工业线材产品再获突破，成功生产大规格超高洁净轴承钢盘条，各项性能指标均达到客户要求，助力产品结构转型迈上新台阶。
超高洁净轴承钢是制造汽车、铁路、能源、数控机床等长接触疲劳寿命轴承的主要原料，其成分范围窄、磷硫含量低，尤其是氧、钛含量要求极高。同时对宏观夹杂物、微观夹杂物、碳化物控制等均有明确限制，生产难度大。
为满足客户要求，中南股份积极策划，在炼钢环节对轴承钢关键原辅材料严加管控，生产上多轮次集中批量组织，突破瓶颈；为控制夹杂物，与高校紧密合作，专家教授到现场指导操作细节；针对大规格碳化物控制难题，在控轧控冷工艺上大胆创新，充分发挥高三线设备能力，顺利实现控制目标。
超高洁净轴承钢盘条研发，对长接触疲劳寿命轴承的推广应用提供了有力支撑，加快了轴承产品的升级换代，助力我国钢铁行业向绿色和高质量方向发展。
