龙蟠科技与宁德时代签新协议
财中社1月17日电龙蟠科技（02465）发布公告，宣布与宁德时代签订新销售框架协议和新采购框架协议，以替代即将到期的过往协议。新协议的有效期为2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。根据公告，宁德时代将向公司提供生产所需的原材料和加工产品，而公司则向宁德时代销售其生产的产品。
公告中提到，历史交易金额方面，2021年、2022年、2023年和截至2024年11月30日的交易金额分别为零、3.12亿元、8.53亿元和2.94亿元。根据新协议，预计截至2025年12月31日的年度上限为13.2亿元，而新采购框架协议的年度上限则为70亿元。公司认为，新协议将有助于保障原材料的供应，并推动业务增长，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
