悦达国际控股(00629.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理于上周五(17日)，与响水城启订立反向保理协议。
公告指，悦达商业保理同意向响水城启提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务，并授予反向循环信贷限额4,000万元人民币，年利率及保理管理费之和为8%至9%，自今年1月17日起生效及于2026年1月23日到期。(js/w)
