消息面上，比特币再度跳水，行情数据显示，比特币在最近几个小时持续走低，一度跌破10万美元/枚。截至发稿，比特币报102430美元/枚，日内跌超2%。据报道，特朗普计划发布一项行政令，将加密货币提升为政策重点，并给予行业内部人士在其政府中的话语权，这项行政令最早可能于周一（1月20日）发布。具体来看，该行政令或将包括：国家战略优先级、可能暂停涉及加密货币的诉讼、考虑建立国家比特币储备。
