智通财经APP讯，龙蟠科技(02465)发布公告，本公司财务部门按中国企业会计准则根据本集团未经审核管理账目作出的初步测算，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度(本报告期)，归属于本公司拥有人的合并净亏损区间预计为人民币6.969亿元至人民币5.947亿元，而去年同期归属于本公司拥有人的净亏损为人民币12.33亿元;及扣除非经常性损益后的净亏损区间预计为人民币7.56亿元至人民币6.45亿元，而去年同期录得扣除非经常性损益后的净亏损为人民币12.4亿元。相比2023年，扣除非经常性损益后的净亏损减少，主要乃由于2024年磷酸铁锂产品销售增加及碳酸锂存货减值减少所致。
董事会认为本报告期内归属于本公司拥有人的合并净亏损的主要原因是：受市场供需变化的影响，新能源汽车行业锂电池材料分部持续低位运行;与2023年相比，磷酸铁锂正极材料的市价大幅波动，以及本报告期多项资产(如存货、贸易应收款项、商誉以及物业、厂房及设备)根据适用会计准则及政策确认减值亏损拨备的影响;及确认非经常性损益，包括于香港联合交易所有限公司上市所产生的开支及本公司少数股东的金融负债，导致录得亏损。
