易生活控股(00223.HK) 公布，周三(15日)接获联交所就股份复牌而发出之函件，当中载列多项复牌指引，包括根据上市规则之规定刊发所有尚未公布之财务业绩，并处理任何审计修改；就2024年中期有关该公司若干经营附属公司之问题进行独立法证调查，评估对该公司业务营运及财务状况之影响，公布调查结果，并采取适当补救行动等。
应易生活控股要求，其股份已自去年12月2日起于联交所停牌，并将继续暂停买卖直至另行通知。(js/k)
