泉峰控股预计2024年纯利同比增长约400%
财中社1月17日电泉峰控股（02285）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度将录得纯利约介乎1.1亿美元至1.2亿美元，而2023年则录得纯亏约3720万美元，增幅约400%。非香港财务报告准则计量的经调整纯利预计将介乎1.35亿美元至1.45亿美元。此次纯利的增长主要得益于收入增长约25%至30%，这得益于渠道去库存周期的结束及旗舰品牌EGO的强劲销售表现。
此外，公司间接全资附属公司FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH计划于2025年年底前关闭其位于德国施泰因海姆的生产基地，未来生产将迁至中国，施泰因海姆基地将转型为产品及销售能力中心。预计此调整每年可节省约1000万美元的成本，符合公司优化全球化生产布局的战略。公告中提到的业绩数据为初步评估，最终数据将于2025年3月底前发布。
