Leafly (LFLY) shares plunged about 50% in recent Thursday trading after the firm said the Nasdaq Hearings Panel determined to delist its shares from the exchange due partly to its failure to comply with net income listing requirement.
Trading in shares and warrants will be suspended with the opening of trading on Jan. 17, the company said. It expects its securities to start trading on the Over The Counter Pink Open Market.
