国银金租签订8.15亿元融资租赁协议
财中社1月17日电国银金租（01606）发布公告，公司于2025年1月16日与德庆县国瑞新能源有限公司及中建七局新能（上海）建设有限公司订立了一项融资租赁安排。根据安排，公司作为买方以8.15亿元购买交易标的，并作为出租人同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为180个月。
此次融资租赁交易的适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，因此构成公司一项须予披露的交易，需遵守相关的申报及公告规定，但豁免遵守通函及股东批准的要求。交易标的为位于中国广东省肇庆市的光伏发电设备资产，账面价值约为8.15亿元，且租金总额预计为3亿元，租金将按季支付。
