智通财经APP获悉，泉峰控股(02285)涨超9%，截至发稿，涨9.35%，报18.72港元，成交额827.24万港元。
消息面上，泉峰控股发布盈喜，预期2024年取得纯利约1.1亿-1.2亿美元，而2023年纯亏约3720万美元。经调整纯利(经剔除与集团位于德国的施泰因海姆基地定位调整相关的非经常性成本)预计将为约1.35亿美元至1.45亿美元。
公告称，纯利预期正增长主要由于收入较去年增长约25%至30%，得益于渠道去库存周期的结束。公司旗舰品牌EGO的终端销售表现强劲进一步带动了客户订单;在规模恢复、业务结构优化以及汇率、原材料成本等有利因素的推动下，毛利率有所提升；及经营效率的持续提升。
