Odaily星球日报讯 中国台湾金融监督管理委员会（“金管会”）计划于 2025 年 6 月提出虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）专法草案，首次允许银行发行稳定币。 “金管会”主委彭金隆表示，稳定币将作为法币与加密货币之间的桥梁，为投资者提供交易入口。银行局长庄琇媛坦言，目前市面上流通的 USDC、USDT 等稳定币并非由主管机关核准而是由业者自行宣称以美元资产做担保，未来修法后，所有在台发行稳定币都需经过“金管会”核准，包括发行者资格、准备金提拨等。 至于稳定币是否会跨出“虚拟”走入“实体”经济，庄琇媛说，这牵涉货币政策与金融稳定等议题需与“央行”讨论。彭金隆则说，稳定币将与地区“央行”共同管理。（经济日报） 此前消息，中国台湾地区金融监管部门主委彭金隆 1 月 9 日表示，他采取谨慎友好态度面对虚拟资产市场，目前已完成虚拟资产专法草案，马上要进入公听程序，今年 6 月 30 日前会将虚拟资产专法草案送入台湾地区行政管理机构。
