智通财经APP获悉，硅鑫集团(08349)尾盘转跌逾9%，截至发稿，跌7.02%，报2.25港元，成交额1919.26万港元。
消息面上，硅鑫集团上月底发布公告，富睿玛泽已辞任公司核数师，自2024年12月27日起生效。经审核委员会推荐建议，公司已议决于股东特别大会上以普通决议案建议委任中正天恒会计师有限公司为公司核数师。
此外，1月14日，运鸿硅鑫集团控股有限公司发布公告，披露其与非洲冶金矿业集团的并购进展。硅鑫集团去年曾表示有意向卖方购买目标公司非洲冶金矿业集团100%股权。目标公司现已获得由布吉纳法索政府授予三个矿区的勘探许可证，总面积覆盖345.88 平方千米。
