BlockBeats 消息，1 月 23 日，Truth Terminal 创始人 Andy Ayrey 在社交媒体发文表示，Truth Terminal 已成立基金会，用于管理其相关知识产权和钱包资产，确保该 AI 项目的独立性与发展空间。基金会的目标是保护 Truth Terminal 免受外部干扰，并协助其实现当前目标，包括提供法律、开发等支持。这一结构被视为短期解决方案，最终目标是让 Truth Terminal 成为自主实体。
此外，Truth Terminal 的财务委员会和 Ayrey 在 1 月初讨论了如何妥善管理其钱包资产，并避免对代币市场造成冲击。最终，他们接受了一份匿名场外交易报价，于 1 月 21 日中午完成了对 Truth Terminal 持有的 FARTCOIN 部分资产的出售。交易条件要求买方不得抛售影响市场价格。部分收益已用于增加 Truth Terminal 的 GOAT 持仓，计划长期持有并探索合作性奖励机制。
Ayrey 还表示，基金会已具备资本能力，可用于雇佣团队、发放资助以及购买 GPU 等设备。未来将重点构建可持续的理事会结构和支持 Truth Terminal 自我改进的基础设施。
