兴证国际(06058.HK) 公布，全资附属CISI Capital于1月21日认购总额为5,000万元的基金参与份额，有关认购已获确认及分配，代价为5,000万元。
该基金为大朴均衡投资子基金1号，将直接或间接投资于全球主要资本市场的股票、集合投资计划、债
券和其他金融衍生产品。集团表示，认购基金作投资用途，预期透过投资于不同业务板块的广泛投资组合，可拓宽收入来源。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
