智通财经APP讯，国富创新(00290)发布公告，为更好地专注和聚焦于本集团量子科技业务的创新发展和战略布局，提高决策及管理效率，本公司已于2025年1月24日成立量子创新战略委员会(委员会)，作为本公司执行委员会辖下的小组委员会。委员会由李春光先生(非执行董事)担任主席，成员包括本公司高级管理人员。凭藉委员会成员在科技创新与战略管理等方面的深厚经验，委员会将负责管理及审查涉及量子科技业务的投资及业务决策，并将对本集团管理层团队提出的各种量子科技领域的投资机会进行评估、批准并提出建议。
