BRILLIANCE CHI与沈阳汽车签署关联交易协议
财中社1月23日电 BRILLIANCE CHI（01114）发布公告，近日公司与沈阳汽车签订了持续关联交易协议，公告中详细说明了各项交易的定价基准及政策。根据协议，涉及的交易将按照公平原则进行磋商，确保定价条款符合一般商业条款，并不低于与独立第三方的协议条款。
公告提到，综合服务购买框架协议中的费用将按成本加成基准另加不超过10%的利润来确定，而旧设备处置服务的费用则按成本加成基准另加5%至7%的利润进行定价。此外，汽车零部件的价格将按成本加成基准另加不超过3%的利润来确定。预计这些服务的条款将在2025年1月底前确定，确保相关费用基于实际市场情况计算。
在销售方面，自沈阳汽车集团成为公司关联人士以来，公司未向其销售汽车，而在2024年12月27日至2024年12月31日期间向沈阳汽车集团销售的汽车总额为160万元。董事会认为，内部监控机制能够有效确保交易按一般商业条款进行，不会损害公司及股东的整体利益。
