Tribe Technology is seeking shareholder approval to cancel its trading on London's junior AIM and re-register as a private company given the costs and regulatory burden of maintaining its listing.
The mining equipment technology developer and manufacturer said Tuesday that it is seeking shareholder approval to cancel its AIM listing at a meeting to be held on Feb. 12. If approved, the company expects trading to end on Feb. 21.
