智通财经APP讯，铁货(01029)发布公告，于2025年1月23日，LLC KS GOK及其工程采购建设承包商同意通过相互免除所涉及所有申索的一切责任(包括利息及法律费用)的方式，全面及最终地解决争议，并将撤销与争议有关的所有程序。
由于达成和解，预期集团将取得一次性收益(未经审核)约4640万美元，主要由于拨回公司截至2024年12月31日的管理账目所记录应付工程采购建设承包商建设成本约2270万美元及应计利息约2370万美元。集团根据和解协议将予取得的实际收益须待公司核数师最终审核后，方可作实。
