　　于2025年1月21日，公司（作为债务人）与该等债权人订立契据，据此，该公司已有条件同意向该等债权人（或彼等的代名人）发行及配发合共约3204.6万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.50港元。该等债权人于契据项下应付的认购款项将透过资本化公司应付该等债权人的股东贷款的全部款项偿付。
