智通财经APP讯，华富建业金融(00952)发布公告，于2025年1月23日，卖方华富建业融资(控股)有限公司与买方医健通订立股份购回协议，卖方已同意出售且买方已同意购回1173.91万股已发行医健通B类普通股，总代价约为882.7万美元(相等于约6884.8万港元)，其将由买方以电汇方式给予卖方即时可供动用资金偿付。出售股份相当于本公告日期已发行医健通股份总数约1.19%。
本集团的主要业务之一为投资及买卖各类投资产品。经考虑(其中包括)医健通的显著市场地位、业务性质、首次公开发售的前景及投资于医健通的潜在回报，本集团于2017年就出售股份作出策略性投资。然而，医健通的业务性质于过去7年经历重大变动。鉴于该业务性质变动及医健通于目前市况下并无推行首次公开发售的任何可预见计划以及需要优化本集团投资组合，经彻底审慎考虑及分析后，本集团已决定出售出售股份，将本集团于出售股份的投资变现为现金，从而将加强本集团的流动资金。
