Pactiv Evergreen (PTVE) said Tuesday that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act has expired for the acquisition of the company by Novolex for $18.00 per share in cash.
Pactiv Evergreen said it expects the transaction to close in Q2.
