智通财经APP获悉，中信金融资产(02799)再涨超4%，近六个交易日累计涨幅接近25%。截至发稿，涨4.55%，报0.69港元，成交额1350.42万港元。
消息面上，1月16日，中信金融资产发布盈利预告，根据初步核算数据，2024年度归属于公司股东的净利润预计是90亿元至100亿元之间，同比增长410%至466%。据悉，2023年度归属于公司股东的净利润为17.66亿元。
值得注意的是，中信金融资产公司向中信集团转让华融金融租赁股份有限公司60%股份事项已于近日完成。公司此前表示，此次出售事项有利于公司坚持做强做精主业，将更多资源及精力集中于不良资产主业发展。本次出售完成后，可一次性补充母公司核心一级资本，实现超63亿元的资本补充效果。
