根据公告，出售票据的票面息率为5.819%，到期日为2029年9月15日。董事会认为此次出售符合本集团的投资策略，旨在拓宽收入来源并为股东创造新增价值。出售事项预计将带来约4.67万美元（相当于约37万港元）的收益，具体收益或亏损金额需经过公司核数师审阅后确认。
